Case 01 · Apparel brand · Meta + Google

Breaking through a growth ceiling

Situation
A fast-growing apparel brand had been stuck at the same monthly ad spend for nine months. Every time they raised budgets, the numbers looked worse and they'd pull back. The reports made everything look profitable — but growth had stalled.
What we did
The reports were flattering themselves: sales from people already searching the brand's name were masking how prospecting really performed. We separated the two, judged growth spend on new customers only, and rebuilt Meta around a weekly stream of fresh ad tests.

Case 02 · Supplements brand · Tracking fix

The account that only looked unprofitable

Situation
A subscription supplements brand had cut its ad budget hard because the ads "weren't working." The real problem: their tracking was missing a large share of actual sales, so the ads looked far worse than they were.
What we did
We fixed the measurement before touching the budget — rebuilt the tracking, checked it against real store orders, and then rebuilt the campaigns around the cost of winning a new subscriber, with repeat purchases finally counted.

Case 03 · Home goods brand · TikTok launch

Opening a new channel without wasting a launch budget

Situation
A home goods brand had squeezed Meta as far as it would go — costs were creeping up, and the same audiences kept seeing the same ads. A previous try at TikTok, reusing their Instagram ads, had burned budget and confidence.
What we did
We relaunched TikTok the way TikTok works: creator-made content briefed for the platform, broad audiences, and fresh ads at twice the pace of their Meta account. We verified it with customer surveys, not just the platform's own scorecard.
